About the role

ABB is seeking an Installed Base (IB) Manager in the United States to lead, with BPOs, the strategic implementation and optimization of ServIS within ABB's Service operations. You will drive transformation and process excellence across ABB's global service organization. This hybrid role starts onsite in Richmond, VA and expands to a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Candidates should bring hands-on ServIS experience, IB management expertise, and strong data governance skills.
