US Citizens and Green Card Holders strongly preferred Transformation Analyst | Full-Time | Hybrid - Chicago, ILWe’re seeking an experienced Transformation Analyst to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on analyzing current-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and developing clear process documentation and operating procedures. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end process discovery, process mapping and current-state assessments across business functions.
  • Analyze complex business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, friction points and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs to understand business needs and gather requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, business procedures and operating models.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and transformation.
  • Document future-state processes and help define recommendations for improving efficiency, consistency and business outcomes.
  • Translate stakeholder feedback and business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year
