About the role
Owning the digital backbone of employee experience, the full-time remote Digital Workplace Automation Specialist will manage IT provisioning and support, user access management, and design AI-powered automations to enhance non-clinical team workflows.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires and provide day-to-day IT support for staff
Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to streamline repetitive workflows across non-clinical teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to map current manual workflows and implement automations, tracking their impact on efficiency
Required qualifications
Demonstrated technical experience in IT support or digital operations, preferably in a remote-first environment
Working knowledge of IT fundamentals, including device management and SaaS administration
Experience building AI-powered automations or workflows that address real business problems
Strong self-starter with the ability to execute hands-on tasks while planning for medium-term automation strategies
Excellent written communication skills, capable of creating clear documentation for non-technical audiences
