About the role

The Northeastern Retail Lumber Association (NRLA) is seeking a Regional Membership Director to drive membership growth across PA/NJ and adjacent markets. This full-time hybrid role requires proactive outreach, new member recruitment, retention, and strong relationship management with diverse organizations. You will present NRLA programs, support member needs, and coordinate participation in events including the LBM Expo.
