The Opportunity:
We are recruiting a Human Resources Manager on behalf of a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing organization. This individual will oversee the full employee life cycle and serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. The successful candidate will strengthen employee relations, guide performance management, lead recruiting efforts, and ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions, requests, and concerns.
Process HR transactions, including benefits elections, employee communications, and disciplinary actions.
Advise managers and leadership on HR policies and best practices.
Supervise assigned HR team members.
Lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and interview approaches.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain accurate HR and recruiting records.
Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications:
Five to seven years of Human Resources management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
