BCMC is looking for a ServiceNow Developer Business Process Consultant to support customer environment operations. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and other business analysis/management consulting and business advisory services.
Requirements:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
5 years of experience with bachelor's degree in business or technical field, OR 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field.
Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
