About the role

BETH ISRAEL LAHEY HEALTH PERFORMANCE NETWORK, LLC is seeking a Director of Contracting to lead contract strategy, negotiation and execution with payers and providers. The role oversees legal review, policy compliance and contract tracking, reporting to the VP of Contracting. You will guide risk sharing and align terms with payer strategy. The position requires advanced negotiation skills, strategic leadership, and a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience and 1–3 years
