Location: Phoenix, Arizona — On-site
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible schedule with regular in-office availability We’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Coordinator to help with daily office needs and administrative tasks. This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and enjoys keeping things organized. You don’t need extensive office experience. We’re willing to train someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and has a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and office deliveries Support basic office tasks, data entry, and paperwork Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed Provide day-to-day administrative support to management Assist with communication and coordination with vendors and clients Support the company’s vendor rewards program Handle remote check deposit tasks Keep office documents, records, and supplies neat and organized Provide support for other office tasks and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Organized and detail-oriented Good communication skills Able to manage tasks independently and stay on top of priorities Reliable, friendly, and willing to learn Previous administrative or office experience is helpful but not required
