About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP Service Operations Americas to take on a pivotal role in leading and developing regional service teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue from maintenance, repair, and overhaul work. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of service delivery processes, customer lifecycle management, and a strong track record of meeting revenue targets in competitive markets. The VP will also be tasked with expanding service capabilities, interacting with customers at all levels, and implementing standardized service processes and digital tools to enhance efficiency and consistency. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of experience in operations, with a preference for those who have worked in industrial or manufacturing environments. The role requires a hands-on leadership style, the ability to be a change agent, and a willingness to travel across the Americas.
