About the role

To support the People Analytics & Research team, the part-time Employee Listening & Survey Analytics Contractor will analyze employee survey data, conduct advanced statistical analyses, and develop dashboards and presentations, working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze employee survey and workforce datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for HR and business leaders Conduct advanced survey analytics including driver analysis, significance testing, and employee listening research Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and executive-ready presentations that communicate employee experience insights Required Qualifications Strong experience analyzing employee survey data and large workforce datasets Advanced Excel skills with strong statistical analysis capabilities Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar employee survey platforms Experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization/reporting tools Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
