About the role
Loader DriverWe are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Loader Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and organize logs and materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial loaders and heavy equipment, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload logs, and other materials
- Transport materials to designated areas within the facility
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with general yard duties and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (front-end loader preferred)
- Ability to work in an outdoor, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable with a solid work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
