About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and expand our client base. The ideal candidate brings an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to turn strategy into results. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities from initial contact through contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring our services align with their goals
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to refine sales strategy
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance to deliver exceptional client service
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that clearly communicate our value
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and revenue progress
Qualifications:
- Established book of business you can begin working immediately (required)3–4 years of business development experience in the industry
- Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, focused, and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Compensation 100% commission with uncapped earning potential
- Full operational and back-office support so you can focus on selling
