About the role

Silicon Valley Lights seeks a Lead Lighting Technician to head outdoor installation crews across the San Francisco Bay Area, from site assessment to final walkthrough. You will review plans, assign tasks, ensure safety, diagnose electrical issues, and demonstrate systems to customers. Requires 2–3 years in related trades and at least 1 year leading a crew; valid CA license and outside-work readiness. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, ongoing training, and the chance to work on
