Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or the Equivalent
  • Valid Missouri Commercial Driver's License & School Bus Endorsement
  • Have good driving record
  • Supervisory Duties
  • Drivers supervise students while transporting them
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: An individual who holds this position must:
  • Transport students over specified routes according to an established time schedule
  • Transport students to events and field trips
  • Keep an accurate record of ridership
  • Comply with traffic regulations
  • Drive safely and professionally
  • Perform required pre-trip inspections
  • Enforce the student discipline code
  • Participate in required training
  • Participate in required random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Participate in Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Participate in biennial physical
  • Any offer of employment is contingent upon the satisfactory outcome of a criminal background check and other requirements as defined in Board Policy.
