We are looking for a Staff People Business Partner to join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring you to work on-site three days a week Tuesday-Thursday. In this position, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner in the People & Culture (P&C) organization. In this highly strategic and collaborative role, you will partner directly with our Americas Sales - Go-To-Market (GTM) organization to drive organizational scaling, navigate complex employee relations, and execute business strategy. You will think steps ahead, providing predictive thought leadership and clear, data-driven analysis to align people initiatives with broader organizational goals. What you'll do (Role Expectations) Own and execute key strategic workstreams and pillars within the P&C strategy for the Americas Sales - GTM organization Proactively manage and support complex employee relations cases, identifying and mitigating organizational risks Partner with GTM leadership to articulate the business impact behind people programs, clearly connecting the dots across the what, why, and how Analyze diverse people data sets to uncover predictive insights and deliver proactive recommendations that enhance organizational effectiveness Navigate fluidly between high-level organizational strategy and targeted execution, ensuring smooth scaling during major programmatic shifts Who You Are (Success Profile) You act like an owner. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain Extensive human resources experience supporting full employee lifecycle processes and strategic business partnering within a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise Proven track record of autonomously managing complex employee relations cases and providing proactive coaching to people managers and executive leadership Demonstrated experience fully owning, executing, and delivering high-impact strategic HR workstreams or pillars with full accountability Strong background collaborating within a matrixed global environment, specifically supporting Sales or Go-To-Market functional organizations What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience leveraging AI capabilities for HR use cases, including automated support insights, predictive workforce analytics, or workflow automation Demonstrated ability to think multiple steps ahead to predict organizational risks and deliver proactive, executive-ready insights Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related functional field $127,400—$182,000 USD Base Pay Range Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
