About the role
We are seeking a Procurement to support the development and execution of procurement strategies for an internationally expanding renewable energy company. This role plays a key part in supplier management, sourcing, logistics coordination, and compliance with internal procurement and contracting policies across U.S.-based projects. The ideal candidate has experience in technical procurement within EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments and is comfortable working with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies for solar and energy storage (BESS) projects in the U.S.Manage supplier communications, RFQs, bid evaluations, and commercial and technical comparisons. Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for critical equipment and materials. Track supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and contractual conditions. Assist with contract review, negotiation support, and compliance with internal purchasing procedures. Coordinate import/export documentation, tariffs, and international logistics processes. Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and ERP system updates. Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, project management, and finance teams. Provide procurement-related input to support project planning and prioritization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or technical purchasing roles. Experience supporting EPC, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of key renewable energy equipment, particularly PV modules and BESS.Familiarity with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and comparative bid analysis. Understanding of import/export processes, tariffs, and international logistics documentation. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central or similar).Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Experience with CRM, supplier databases, or procurement tracking tools is a plus. Fluent or native-level English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
