About the role
Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Lead Counsel, Brand Attorney for the Oncology Business Unit in a hybrid Boston/Cambridge role.
You will guide brand teams on regulatory risk, advise on FDA laws, anti-kickback and privacy matters, and partner with Ethics, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to implement compliant strategies. You will negotiate complex vendor agreements and stay current on laws affecting commercial operations across US and international jurisdictions.
