About the role
Managing organizational programs and client onboarding, the full-time Operations Analyst and Project Lead will plan and execute key initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure program goals are met while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee various programs and initiatives to meet defined objectives and deadlines
Track program progress and performance, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and any issues are addressed promptly
Conduct orientation sessions and organize training for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in a related field or commensurate education
2 years of experience working within FACTS operating systems
Proficiency in CRM software preferred
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and Pivot Tables
