In this role, you'll help patients regain independence, improve mobility, and safely return to daily lifeall from the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do: Provide in-home therapy services under a licensed Physical Therapist Guide patients through personalized exercise and mobility programs Track progress and communicate updates to the care team Educate patients and families to support recovery and prevent re-injury
What You'll Need: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Texas Current CPR certification (AHA) Valid driver's license & auto insurance Home health experience (preferred) Experience with Home Care Home Base (a plus)
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting patients
