Job Responsibilities: • Use Airtable and inbox queues to log, route, and track service requests.• Maintain customer records, forms, and supporting files using established access practices.• Coordinate status updates among service teams, customers, and external partners through approved platforms.• Create recurring trackers and handoff notes that keep deadlines visible.• Resolve routine submission gaps or duplicate records; route exceptions promptly.
Qualifications: • Experience coordinating administrative or service work through digital platforms.• Comfort learning Airtable, Docu Sign, Google Drive, and virtual meeting tools.• Clear, professional writing for customer updates and internal handoffs.• Sound judgment with private customer information and controlled-access documents.• Ability to prioritize queue-based tasks independently and collaborate remotely.
