We are currently hiring Teacher Assistantsfor the Urbana location.
Position Overview:
The Teacher Assistantcontributes to the educational experience by supporting certified special education teachers and students in the classroom environment. The Teacher Assistant will help create a structured, nurturing classroom that fosters academic and social growth. ISBE Para-Professional license is required, and previous experience in a school setting is preferred. Successful Teacher Assistants enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Prospective Teacher Assistantsmust be at least 21 years old, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to maintain our clients confidentiality. Candidates must also submit to a pre-employment physical and background check.
