Job Type: Direct hire End client: Confidential Prepare, review, and manage real estate closing documents, contracts, and correspondence. Coordinate residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and municipal offices. Schedule closings, appointments, and meetings while maintaining attorney calendars. Order title searches, surveys, payoff statements, and other required closing documents. Prepare closing packages and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files. Conduct legal and property-related research as needed. Track transaction deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items. Draft legal correspondence and assist with document preparation. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional client service. Enter and maintain accurate information in case management and document management systems. Assist attorneys with administrative and paralegal duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Real Estate Paralegal, Closing Coordinator, or related administrative role preferred. Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
