About the Role: The UPS Store #3271 in Somers, NY is looking for a motivated and hands-on customer-facing Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and maintain strong operational standards in a busy The UPS Store location. The ideal candidate will:
  • Perform store opening and closing duties and ensure operational readiness
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient store workflow
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to achieve performance goals
  • Lead by example to deliver world-class customer service
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Organize staff for optimum coverage of Store hours
  • Review and approve payroll and timesheets

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of customer-facing retail management experience
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS systems
  • Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
  • Available to work weekends as needed
  • Higher education preferred
  • New York Notary Public commission preferred
