Incentives And Recognition CoordinatorThe Incentives and Recognition Coordinator will assist with the development and execution of all recognition programs and projects to our field agents and their individual base shops.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining the Recognition and Incentives inboxManaging all client-facing communication with reward recipients (high performing agents) via phone and emailAssemble, ship and inventory monthly, quarterly and event recognition piecesProcure and ensure POs are completedResponsible for completion of orders ensuring inventory is maintainedCreate standard operation procedures (SOP's) for ordering and archiving recognition listWork closely with the Marketing Department on Social Media campaigns and initiativesProcess invoices in timely mannerAssist departmental leader to develop and adhere to budgetsReview, respond, and close cases assigned to Recognition queue in company systemUnderstand company field compensation planHandle ordering, fulfilling, shipping incentive redemptions for agentsManage online retail storeServe as a liaison between PHP and its vendors as it relates to online store inventoryAdhere to strict deadlinesEnsure Customer Owned Inventory (COI) are always stocked at store vendorProcure for, prepare, plan, and manage any company off-site pop-up storesThis position may require occasional attendance/participation at events in the evening or on weekendsThis position may require occasional travel to offsite eventsOther duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in recognition or equivalent in recognition efforts through Direct SellingExperience in procuring, purchasing, negotiating for purchase ordersExperience in retail sales a plusStrong knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Effective communication skills (written and verbal)Great attitudeSelf-starter and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, high growth environmentStrong project follow-throughGood interpersonal skills and a team playerAbout Integrity:Integrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
