About the role

Watney Robotics seeks a Staff Program Manager for Teleoperations to own and scale the robot pilot program on the floor, shaping onboarding, training cohorts, and the performance workflow across a 2,000+ pilot operation. You will define KPIs, measure telemetry and task times, and close the loop from data to action. The role partners with Fleet Ops, SEA leadership, and ML researchers to keep pace with robotic deployments.
