You'll lead clients through complex business challenges, design scalable Hub Spot solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption. You'll take a hands-on approach to Hub Spot configuration and solution design while collaborating with Solution Engineers on complex integrations and custom development. You'll also serve as a trusted strategic advisor, building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver ongoing value. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business consulting, thrives on autonomy, and takes pride in owning the entire client experience.
What You'll Do: Solution Architecture & Implementation Lead client discovery to understand business challenges, evaluate existing processes, and define technical and functional requirements. Take a hands-on role in Hub Spot configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and solution validation while partnering with Solution Engineers on complex integrations and custom development. Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including business processes, system architecture, automation, integrations, and functional requirements. Oversee data migrations, integrations, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are ready for successful client adoption. Project Ownership & Delivery Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously, managing projects from kickoff through implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization. Own project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, resource planning, and delivery risks while balancing client outcomes with project profitability. Establish clear expectations and maintain proactive communication with clients regarding progress, priorities, budgets, and next steps. Anticipate challenges, manage scope changes, and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful and efficient project delivery. Drive successful implementation, client adoption, and project handoff, ensuring delivered solutions achieve their intended business outcomes. Strategic Client Management Serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership. Guide clients toward best practices, challenge assumptions, and communicate the business value behind recommendations. Proactively manage account health, stakeholder expectations, and potential risks to maintain strong client relationships. Develop strategic roadmaps that align Hub Spot capabilities with clients' evolving business objectives and support continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements, building long-term partnerships through successful delivery and measurable results.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
