Job Description Job Description Job descriptionWe are currently looking for a bright, energetic team member for a fast-paced office. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Document Manager who will perform general office duties for our company.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing front deskAnswer incoming callsGreeting and maintaining customer relationshipPayment processingGenerating daily/weekly/monthly invoices and reportsManaging incoming messages and scheduling appointmentsCollecting and scanning clients documentsOrganizing electronic filingOrganizing and maintaining paper files and filing systemWorking with confidential documentsControlling document flowDuties may also include data entry, reconciliations, creating/maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheetsWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, scanner, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback. Rule of three Ps apply - Professional, Positive, and Pleasant.Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Bachelor's degreeProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookBasic accounting and QuickBooks knowledge are a plusAble to type 50-65 wpmOrganized and CleanCan do attitude is a huge plusTeam playerAbility to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.We are affirmative action, equal opportunity employer.
