About the role
Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketplaces to lead the growth of the HEYDUDE marketplace business across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and new platforms. You will drive market share, forecast budgets, and manage agency partners to deliver best-in-class retail readiness and conversion-focused content.
You will shape activation strategies, collaborate with merchandising and product teams, and align efforts with global eCommerce initiatives to expand assortment and accelerate revenue growth.
