Lanco IEM is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer- Structural & Cab Team to provide senior technical leadership in Hazel Crest, IL. You will translate engineering direction into executable plans, mentor engineers, and lead complex design assignments for machinery, structures, and cabins. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop 3D/2D drawings, perform calculations, review tolerances, and ensure compliance with standards. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required; relocation available.
