Chobani is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing setting. The role focuses on equipment reliability, OEE improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Automation. The ideal candidate will drive Lean/ TPM initiatives, manage critical troubleshooting, and develop their team through coaching and hands-on leadership to deliver sustained performance and improvements.
