This includes everything from how users work together and manage their organization, to the backend infrastructure that keeps our products running smoothly.This role is responsible for building systems that all of our products touch, so you won't be siloed. You'll need to understand how the pieces connect and communicate clearly across teams to move things forward. You'll work across the full product lifecycle - from identifying gaps in our current systems to writing specs, aligning stakeholders, building prototypes, shepherding features to launch, and evaluating the impact.The ideal candidate combines product vision with excellent communication and execution skills, with a curiosity for the future of software development. Your decisions will have a direct impact on how 40 million developers and 100,000 organizations experience GitKraken, and you will have the opportunity to engage directly with our user community through research, interviews, and testing to ensure we're solving real problems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong, technical product team while being part of a company that uniquely balances growth with profitability.Day-to-day, you'll work closely with a dedicated Engineering team to scope and deliver projects, while also partnering with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure what you ship drives real business outcomes. You'll also work directly alongside our VP of Product & Engineering and CMO, giving you a front-row seat to how product, growth, and go-to-market decisions get made at a fast-paced, growth-focused company.If you're detail-oriented, data-savvy, and know how to leverage AI tools to work faster and think bigger - and you're ready to grow fast doing it - we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoDrive the product roadmap for GitKraken's core systems and user-facing experiences like subscriptions and billing, org management, notifications, and settings.Work hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to scope, prototype, and ship solutions grounded in research and data.Write clear specs, user stories, and prototypes that guide feature development so teams can build with confidenceAlign cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep launches on track and outcomes measuredDig into product and business metrics to surface friction points, sharpen priorities, and evaluate impactWhat You'll Bring0–6 years of experience in product management, engineering, or project management, or a closely related role.
