About the role
Logan Elite is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical-focused organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing learning and training initiatives. This role requires prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and familiarity with regulated content review environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical learning and training projects Serve as primary client point of contact Manage timelines, scope, resources, and cross-functional teams Coordinate writers, editors, production, and account teams Prepare deliverables for client and MLR review Ensure compliance with pharma content submission standards Monitor project financials and manage to budget and margin Identify scope changes and support change orders Required Experience 3+ years project management experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences Experience supporting eLearning and/or workshop-based training Understanding of MLR review process and submission platforms Strong budgeting and margin management experience Excellent client-facing communication skills
