About the role
Joining a fast-growing event sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Consultant will respond to event inquiries, identify client needs, and upsell products while working remotely and collaborating with venue sales teams across the nation.
Key responsibilities
Respond to event inquiries received via web and phone, ensuring prompt and thorough communication
Identify prospects' needs and offer guidance on suitable Topgolf products to enhance their event experience
Meet or exceed sales goals and call minimums while maintaining excellent product knowledge across all venues
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sports Marketing, or Hospitality preferred, or equivalent experience
6+ months of event sales office experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venues
Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and CRM applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Motivated individual with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
