About the role
Job Description:
Looking for a dependable, motivated installer in Massachusetts to join our team. Radon mitigation experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with a background in construction, HVAC, or similar trades. Job is remote but requires driving.
Responsibilities:
Drive to scheduled customer appointments. Install radon mitigation systems with attention to quality and detail. Explain system operation to customers and answer their questions. Maintain tools and equipment. Troubleshoot installation challenges and keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach. Professional communication and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license and good driving record. Reliability and availability most weekdays. Some scheduling flexibility is available.
