About the role
Motivated and competitive, the full-time hourly Associate Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales opportunities within accounts of up to 50 employees, focusing on achieving monthly revenue targets through outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and tailored product demonstrations, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets by managing full-cycle sales opportunities from discovery to close
Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives
Conduct thoughtful discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations to convert inbound leads
Required qualifications:
1-3 years of B2B sales experience, including closing or strong Business Development Representative experience
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Consultative mindset with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions
Coachability and a strong learner's mentality, actively seeking and implementing feedback
Experience with Salesforce, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
