About the role

Receptionist & Client Services Coordinator$25.00–$29.81/hr (about $52K–$62K a year) Fridays end at 3:00 · Firm-funded licensing and education In office, Franklin, TN · Full-time Forgent is a specialty talent platform for financial services firms. We're leading this search on behalf of our client, a growing, Forbes Best-in-State independent wealth management firm, and they want the person clients see first in their Franklin office. You'll welcome clients, keep advisors' days on track, process client checks, support compliance recordkeeping, and help run the events that bring clients and the team together. You need 2–3 years of experience in administration, reception, or client service. Why it's worth a look A front desk role that doesn't dead-end. You'll process client account checks under FINRA/SEC requirements, support compliance, and work with advisors every day. You'll learn how a wealth management firm actually runs. The firm is growing and recently went fully independent, so people who take initiative get more to own. The firm will pay for your next step. Continuing education, licensure, and designation assistance are part of the package. If you want to grow into client service, operations, or compliance, the path is funded. Your Friday afternoons are yours. You'll work Monday–Thursday 8 to 5 and Friday 8 to 3, with an occasional evening client event. The role is overtime-eligible and includes a 401(k) with safe harbor match. Let's Talk About YouYou make a great first impression look effortless, and you're ready for a role where that skill leads somewhere. You might be running the front desk at a medical practice, law firm, bank branch, or hotel today. You're the one people ask for by name: you remember a client's kids and still catch the mistake on the form. You like a busy day with plenty of variety, you keep confidential things confidential, and you want your next job to come with a real career path, not just a new desk. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
