About the role

Operations And Administrative Professional We're seeking a strong operations and administrative professional to lead workforce planning, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and access management across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in operations, hospitality, facilities, retail, logistics, or workforce administration who understands that business success starts with having the right people in place and ready to work.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate workforce planning and staffing forecasts with business leaders. Manage onboarding to ensure employees are ready and productive from day one. Oversee employee records, badging, access credentials, and compliance requirements. Maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution. Support employee administrative requests and resolve issues efficiently. Track operational metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
What Success Looks Like: New hires are fully prepared with access, equipment, and schedules on day one. Accurate employee records and badge management with no access gaps. Audit-ready documentation and compliant processes. Staffing plans in place ahead of operational growth.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
