About the role

On Location is seeking an Accommodation Coordinator for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic/Paralympic Games. You will coordinate hotel contracts, inventory and be the primary contact for the Games' Accommodation team, liaising with sales and other offices to meet client needs. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field and 2+ years in events/travel/hospitality; fluency in English. Travel may be required; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
