About the role

Responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating the Cross-Serve Enablement workshop series, the full-time Senior Instructor, Cross-Serve will enhance collaboration across business units by creating engaging training experiences and fostering trust among advisors in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops to improve understanding of business unit strengths and offerings Design interactive training experiences that support client-first collaboration across the organization Measure and analyze collaboration outcomes to continuously enhance program effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or training sessions for professional audiences Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust across diverse stakeholder groups
