About the role
Senior Full-Charge Accountant📍 Charlotte, NC (In-Office)💼 Jan-Pro Franchise Development – Charlotte💰 $65,000–$75,000 + performance bonuses Jan-Pro of Charlotte is seeking a detail-driven, hands-on accounting professional to manage the full accounting cycle for a regional operation supporting $12–15M in annual revenue and 1,000+ customers. This is a true doer role—ideal for an Auditor or Public Accountant looking to transition into a stable, operationally focused position.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain an audit-ready general ledger and execute smooth month-end closes Manage full-cycle AP/AR, cash flow, and high-volume billing Perform complex bank and credit card reconciliations Own collections and maintain DSO targets (18 days)Partner with the company CPA on monthly reporting Maintain financial data integrity across systems (Quick Books & Extra View)
What We’re Looking For:
