About the role

We are working with a growing accounting and advisory firm looking to add a Senior Tax Manager to its Real Estate practice. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with strong public accounting experience who can oversee complex real estate tax engagements, manage key client relationships, and mentor members of the tax team.
Responsibilities: Lead and review complex tax engagements for real estate clients Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive tax planning and advisory support Review tax returns, workpapers, and complex tax issues Advise clients on federal and state tax matters and planning opportunities Manage multiple engagements and communicate closely with firm leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop tax professionals Research evolving tax regulations and identify their impact on clients Qualifications 10+ years of tax consulting/compliance experience within public accounting Strong experience working with real estate clients Previous experience managing both client relationships and tax professionals Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills Experience with CCH Axcess and Engagement is a plus
