About the role

True Brands is seeking a Senior Director of Operations & Logistics to lead our Greenfield distribution center in Indiana. You will own warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, outbound logistics, and value-added services, with accountability for budgets, labor planning, KPIs, and continuous improvements. On the floor, you’ll coach the Warehouse Director and Customization Manager, build leadership across the facility, and partner with HR to staff, develop, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
