About the role

GondolaBio is seeking a Principal/AD Translational Scientist to lead translational biomarker strategy for IND-enabling and Phase 1/2 programs, translating preclinical hypotheses into clinical assay plans with focus on target engagement and PD. You will design and implement assays, manage CROs, and author regulatory documents while collaborating across discovery, development, and external teams to deliver decision-ready data that supports clinical progress for genetic diseases.
