About the Job:
Idelsoft, a leading US-based software agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent, with a focus on IT-related positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, while also contributing to client acquisition and relationship management.
What You'll Do:
- Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
- Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
- Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
- Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
- Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
- Conduct client acquisition activities and manage client relationships
- Perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Contribute to sales and revenue generation efforts
- What You'll Bring 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on IT-related roles
- Strong ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult-to-fill positions
- Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends and common software engineering skill-sets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM tools
- Experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
- Experience in recruiting in the US and LatAm markets
- Ability to work in the US EST timezone hours
- Fluent English (C1/C2) skills for effective communication with candidates
