About the role

Marketing Operations Manager We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine behind everything we run. We're launching new programs weekly, and this role makes sure it all hums: lists get built, campaigns get set up correctly, leads flow where they're supposed to, and nothing falls through the cracks. This starts tactical. You'll be heads-down on conferences, digital marketing, and campaign builds, the work that keeps our go-to-market moving day to day. As you get your footing, you'll grow into more strategic territory: rebuilding our attribution model, standing up pipeline forecasting, and shaping how we measure what's actually working. This is a role with real room to grow from operator to strategic partner. You'll get to build from the ground up rather than untangle someone else's mess. Our systems and processes are still young, which means your fingerprints will be on the foundation: how we track attribution, how leads move through nurture, how we report on what's working. You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing on the projects that shape our long-term GTM strategy, with a clear growth path from tactical execution into a more strategic seat at the table. Own end-to-end operations for conferences and webinars: building attendee and target lists, setting up pre-event and post-event workflows, and feeding leads into the right outputs Build and manage marketing campaigns in Hub Spot, from setup through QA, ensuring every program launches cleanly and tracks correctly Support our SDR team's outreach motion: building and refining lists, managing sequences and cadences in Nooks, and keeping outreach data clean and in sync with Hub Spot Partner with sales and SDR teams to keep marketing and sales tools (Hub Spot, Nooks, and others) aligned and data flowing smoothly between systems Rebuild our global attribution model, incorporating new marketing channels, integrating sales touchpoints, and automating lifecycle stage progression Redesign our nurture automation: how leads enter, move through, and exit our programs Build and maintain marketing reporting that gives the team a clear, reliable read on pipeline and program performance Support GTM pipeline forecasting in partnership with our Head of Marketing, helping translate top-of-funnel activity into predictable pipeline outcomes Must-haves:~3 years of marketing operations experience at a B2B SaaS company Deep, hands-on Hub Spot experience Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage many concurrent programs (conferences, webinars, campaigns) without dropping the ball Familiarity with marketing and sales tooling such as Vector, Sequel, Nooks, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and Clay Eagerness to grow from execution-focused work into more strategic ownership over time Our Commitment to Diversity We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
