About the role
Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Money Compliance Lead to embed regulatory compliance across its growing banking products. You will partner with product, engineering, legal, and sponsor banks to ensure compliant, customer-first solutions and oversee audits and examinations.
The role emphasizes developing and maintaining banking compliance programs, reviewing disclosures, and guiding product teams through regulatory changes. In-person work at multiple U.S. offices is expected.
