About the role
Maintenance "A"District Pennsauken Public Schools is an urban/suburban Pre-K to 12th grade school district of approximately 5,000 students located in Camden County, New Jersey.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduates or GEDMust have own transportationMUST pass NJ Criminal History Review Unit fingerprinting requirement
- New Jersey residency requirements for public employees in effect
- Must be able to read, write and verbalize work-related directions and instructions with sufficient skills to perform effectively
- Must be physically able to fully perform all required maintenance duties including working from ladders and scaffolding
- Prefer to have and maintain a current New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operators License, if not, must acquire Black Seal License within 12 months of employment
- Must possess and maintain a valid New Jersey Motor Vehicle License
- Must be able to fulfill most of the duties outlined in the School District's Maintenance "A" job description
- Knowledge of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration preferredKnowledge of Heating and HVAC Controls preferredKnowledge of Plumbing preferred
- New Jersey residency requirements for public employees in effect.
- Terms: 12 month position
