About the role

Overview BSH Home Appliances Corporation seeks Business Consultant II at its facility located at 100 Bosch Blvd., New Bern, NC 28562. This role involves design activities of support processes, collaboration with corporate and remote teams, and coordination with IT and business teams to implement and support IBP- APO-DDMRP applications and related processes. The position includes documentation, workshops, and liaison activities to ensure customer requirements are captured and translated into system solutions. The compensation range is $112,050.00–$142,344.00.ResponsibilitiesPerform design activities for support processes and communicate with corporate and remote teams. Cooperate with other IT teams (development, support in other regions) and supply necessary manuals and technical documentation in JIRA, WIKI, SDD and HPSM. Facilitate the implementation and support of IBP- APO-DDMRP applications and processes. Analyze complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements; facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop product modifications to satisfy client needs. Design, customize, configure and perform testing; identify gaps, issues and work-around solutions. Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting, including investigating, analyzing, and solving software and business process problems. Manage changes or emergency transports for high priority issues as needed.Document functional designs, test cases and results; proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements. Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects; ensure high interaction with regional business consulting teams. Work self-directed and independently; act as a bridge between business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support; complete other tasks as assigned.Focus on Manufacturing Execution System (MES), In Factory Programming on Production Line (IFP) and Quality Management Systems for production (end-of-line tests); manage Quality Management Systems for laboratories and Integrated Factory Logistics including AGV and Demand Planning. Work on Master Data in related Functions, Repetitive Manufacturing Functions, Test Plans, Routings, Work Centers, Production and Planned Orders, Sales and Distribution, System interfaces, MES Add-on, and Logistics Information System/Reporting of S4 HANA.Configure, integrate and customize existing IT services to meet business requirements; evaluate functions to determine technical changes for process improvement. Manage end-to-end cross-module IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline; coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Facilitate change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training for smooth adoption of IT solutions.Provide user training for end-users and process stewards; identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure data security, compliance, and privacy. Provide first- and second-level technical support and troubleshooting in MES, IBP, and SAP servers; support PP, WM, MM, FICO, Analytics, Sales, Distribution, and other team members. Assist with hardware and software installations and other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Plus 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Production Planner or in an occupation involving SAP modules in the manufacturing industry. Experience with: (1) TMS; (2) Production for manufacturing execution system; (3) ABAP programming, debugging and troubleshooting; (4) User experience design and digital business models; (5) SAP S4HANA, Windows based PCs, Industrial PCs and Printers, Thin Client and Tablet PCs; (6) Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI). Travel requirements: 10% (international and domestic travel).
