Receptionist – Investment Firm (Midtown)A well-established investment firm located in Midtown is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional first impressions.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Coordinate meeting room scheduling and prepare for client meetings Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Provide administrative support to team members as needed Qualifications: Prior receptionist or front desk experience required (preferably in a corporate or financial setting) Bachelor's degree required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Professional appearance and demeanor Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm1 hour lunch break
