Receptionist Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties at your assigned service site. This will cover all aspects of front desk customer service to all clients, guests, vendors, and state of TN representatives. Your specific responsibilities for the Receptionist role will include:providing administrative support by answering a multi-line phone systemgreeting clients and employeesanswer emailscreating reports using word processing and spreadsheet programstrack and input names into databasesoperating office equipment - copier, scanner, video conferencing softwareordering and organizing suppliesperform clerical tasksduties as assigned
Requirements:
We are looking for an Receptionist with a firm and demonstrated commitment to the development and success of employees. You should be highly deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding customer service abilities.
Specific requirements for the Receptionist role include:
- High school diploma or GED1 year experience in an administrative position.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Employee management portal
- Valid Driver's License
